THE COMPANY
MNM Partners, LLC (the “Company”), a California limited liability company, is seeking $11,387,500 for the purpose of acquiring the Bascomb Office Center, a 65,000 Sq. Ft. multi-tenant office building located at 950 South Bascom Avenue San Jose, CA 95128 (the “Property”).
The Company’s objective is to provide exclusive 1031 exchange eligible opportunities to Accredited Investors providing passive income and growth participation through secured Tenant-in-Common interests in the Property by leveraging the extensive experience and track record of a high-performing team in the San Francisco area

MANAGEMENT
Michael J. Anthony, CEO Mr. Anthony, CCIM is a founding managing member and a principal of MNM Partners LLC since its founding in 2006. Mr. Anthony evaluates all real estate offerings and continues to monitor property performance after closing, striving to provide the highest level of performance for every co-owner. Mr. Anthony has over 20 years of experience with combined brokered sales and finance transactions on commercial properties in excess of $500 million throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is responsible for acquiring property and arranging financing for all MNM transactions and offerings. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), an individual, who, by education, experience and knowledge of the marketplace, is an expert in commercial investment real estates.
Mark Putney, President Mr. Putney is a founding managing member and a principal of MNM Partners LLC since its inception in 2006. Mr. Putney evaluates all offerings and continues to monitor property performance after closing. He works directly to organize and fund all MNM group investments in the Bay Area. He has lived in the Silicon Valley since 1978. In 1985 he founded Techsystems Inc. A company in the semiconductor and printed circuit board assembly industry. The company ultimately exceeded $30M in sales. Mr. Putney has founded and successfully exited several other businesses in the PCB assembly, electronic product and financial services industries returning well over 200% IRR. He has served on the Board of Directors for ZF Micro Devices Inc., Surface Interface Inc. (acquired by FEI Company, NASDAQ: FEIC), Optcom Corporation, Scivac Corporation and nLine Inc.
