MNM Property Management has a proven process for upgrading and maintaining investment properties with experienced and dedicated on-site staff, maintenance personnel, and trusted third-party vendors for support.

Our 24-hour online maintenance requests are processed and resolved quickly.

We’re experts at taking care of the day-to-day management from move-ins, move-outs, and improvements to routine maintenance and issue resolution.

Our close relationships with a select group of vendors ensures that service requests are promptly and effectively handled for our tenants and investors.

MNM Partners LLC constantly reevaluates the acquisition strategy and existing portfolio to make sure that the highest quality real estate and income streams are maintained for co-owners.

MNM Property Management is a full-service management company and we utilize state-of-the-art property management software which includes an investor management portal online tool. Operating expenses can make or break profitability. When we assume the management of the property, we review every line item from utilities, garbage collection, landscaping, taxes, insurance and more to stay on track. MNM Partners’ multi-family properties on the San Francisco Peninsula are located in “A” locations in need of remodeling, re-tenanting and repositioning. As such we are also able to increase cash on cash along with valuation to our co-owners from an acquisition to exit. MNM Property Management directly manages all of MNM Partners’ investment properties with all rental, remodel and reporting tasks.

Our renovation strategy is done in close coordination with local construction partners that we have worked with for many years and trust alongside our own staff. Our billing system and highly trained staff work diligently on reconciling all operating expenses, to maximize cashflow.

We manage as owner-operators to provide the attention-to-detail, a high level of professionalism, and keep a sharp eye on operating costs, as it is our investment that is at stake too.
