One of the Peninsula’s busiest developers, the Sobrato Organization, is moving forward with a 15.3-acre project in Redwood City that promises to bring 520 homes and 420,000 square feet of office.
The development, known as Broadway Plaza, is undergoing environmental review and could lock in city approval in 2019.
