Next, we leverage our longstanding relationships with sellers. Some sellers prefer working with us directly (without an auction) because they have confidence in our process and are confident in a closing happening without hassle or interruption.
Finally, we leverage our financial acumen to frequently push back on seller income assumptions by sharing our deep critical analysis and underwriting with the seller.
